This year, we are honoured to have Stanford University academic Matt Abrahams, an expert in Organizational Behaviour, deliver the keynote address at Optimize 2023.
Bio: Matt Abrahams is a dedicated and innovative educator and coach with a strong background in strategic communication, cognitive planning, persuasion, and interpersonal communication. He’s not only a published author, with the release of the third edition of his book “Speaking Up Without Freaking Out,” designed to assist those who grapple with public speaking anxiety, but he’s also developed a software package for providing instant feedback to presenters. Before his teaching career, Matt held senior leadership positions in renowned software companies, where he established and managed global learning and development organizations. He’s the founder and principal of TFTS Communications LLC, a Silicon Valley-based company specializing in presentation and communication skills improvement.
